Registration Confirmation

To receive registration confirmation, student should send to Language City the filled in enrollment form as well as the total amount due.

Semesters are made up of sixteen weeks. Summer classes are ten weeks long. Each lesson lasts 55 minutes. Lessons are recorded and students will be able to view them 24/7 through Moodle. In the event of technical difficulties in which the recording of a lesson does not work, the recording of a similar lesson will be posted online for students to view. In the event of a power outage or if Internet connection is lost in the school’s facility, a makeup day will be scheduled, the same day and time of the week, at the end of the semester. Students may choose to get a prorated refund for the lost time.

Conditions

Payment of tuition must be made upon enrollment, by check or through Paypal in US dollars (important: write the student’s name on check). An additional $30 will be charged for bounced checks. Charter schools should submit a PO by email to alex@language-city.com.

Language City will send signed registration form back to student in order to confirm registration. Students enrolled in one class can in no case change to another class. Under no circumstances classes may be transferred to another student.

All cancellations must be made in writing to Language City by mail or e-mail.

students can receive a 90% refund within 14 days of registration. After that, no refund will be issued after 14 days.

Language City reserves the rights to modify its prices.
